How to download and install a plugin
To download a plugin that you have purchased from our store, you must follow the following steps.
- Access your user account with your credentials.
- In the left menu, select the Downloads option. There you will see all the plugins, themes and layouts that you have access to.
- Search for the plugin you want, and click on its button to download the plugin’s .zip file.
To install the plugin we just downloaded, follow these steps:
- Access your WordPress user panel.
- In the left menu, select the option Plugins > Add New Plugin.
- Press the Upload plugin button, select the .zip file you just downloaded, and click Install Now.
- Once the plugin has been installed, press the Activate Plugin button to complete the installation.

How to download and install a theme
To download a theme that you have purchased from our store, you must follow the following steps.
- Access your user account with your credentials.
- In the left menu, select the Downloads option. There you will see all the plugins, themes and layouts that you have access to.
- Search for the theme you want, and click on its button to download the .zip file of the plugin.
To install the theme we just downloaded, follow these steps:
- Access your WordPress user panel.
- In the left menu, select the Appearance > Themes option.
- Click the Add new theme button.
- In the new screen that appears, click on the Upload Theme button, select the .zip file you just downloaded and click on the Install Now button.
- Once installed, click on the Activate button that appears to complete the installation.

How to install the license for a plugin or theme
To download the license for a plugin or theme that you have purchased, you must follow the following steps.
- Access your user account with your credentials.
- In the left menu, click on the Orders option.
- In the order where the license plugin or theme you want to activate is located, click view.
- Look for the My Licenses section, and copy the code that appears.
- Access the administration panel of your WordPress, in the left menu an option will appear with the name of the plugin or theme for which you want to activate the license. Click there.
- On the screen that appears, enter the code copied previously and press the Activate button.
How to import a theme
To simplify your installation as much as possible, each and every one of our themes comes with an automatic tool that allows you to import all the configuration and content necessary for it to work. To import any of our themes, follow these steps:
- Access your WordPress administration panel, and in the left menu look for the “Import demo data” option.
- Within the new window that appears, click on the import button. Below you will see how all the options are imported until the process is completed.

Installing themes locally
Installing themes in local environments most of the time causes problems. From Destaca Imagen we recommend working directly on a server to have an environment that is 100% real. If you still want to work in a local environment, we recommend using the WP Engine Local tool. Using this free tool you will have much fewer problems.
Technical problems. Minimum memory requirements
If when installing or using any theme or plugin you are experiencing technical problems such as:
- The visual builder does not load.
- Modifications cannot be saved.
- Random glitches with no pattern.
You must verify that your server meets all the recommended requirements to work with Divi.
- In your WordPress admin panel, go to Divi > Support Center.
- Check that the system has all the correct variables. If any red dots appear, contact your hosting provider to modify your server and set the parameters to the recommended values.
Where is my invoice?
After purchasing in our store, you should automatically receive your purchase invoice to the same purchase email. If you do not receive it after 2 days, contact us at support@destacaimagen.com to request your invoice. Don’t forget to include your order number in the email.
