The process begins with a meeting to understand the client’s vision, needs, and budget. Key information about the desired style, functional and aesthetic requirements, and expected timelines is collected. This step lays the foundation for the entire project development.

Conceptual Design
Duration: 4-5 weeks

Design Development and Technical Documentation
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Once the conceptual design is approved, detailed technical plans and material specifications are created. This phase includes preparing the necessary documentation to obtain legal permits and for construction. Everything is aligned with the budget and local regulations.

Construction and Supervision
Duration: Variable (6-18 months)
Contractors are selected, and construction begins. The architecture team supervises the progress to ensure the design is executed correctly and quality standards are met. Close collaboration with the construction teams and the client is maintained to address any unforeseen issues.

Handover and Aftercare
1-2 weeks
A final inspection is conducted to ensure all details align with the agreed design. The project is delivered to the client ready for use. Post-delivery support is provided to address any adjustments or final details, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
